Connected, by design

Every step has a financial story.

Follow the connection from a document to its payment—without losing the accounting context.

01

Invoice → receivable → receipt

Illustrative data

Posting a sales invoice records the receivable. An allocated customer receipt reduces it; collecting a balance does not recognise revenue again.

02

Bill → payable → payment

Illustrative data

A posted supplier bill records the payable. The related payment reduces the outstanding supplier balance.

Electronic invoicing built for Saudi businesses.

Prepare electronic invoices with VAT details and supported QR codes. Follow FATOORA setup and document statuses alongside your accounting.

What is Goqawaem?

Goqawaem brings accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory and financial reports into one online workspace, with Arabic and English interfaces and team permissions.

Does Goqawaem support Saudi electronic invoicing?

Yes. Goqawaem includes electronic invoice preparation, VAT information, supported QR generation and ZATCA integration workflows. Available capabilities depend on your plan and organisation setup.

What is ZATCA Phase 2?

Phase 2 connects an electronic invoicing solution to ZATCA's FATOORA platform and adds document and integration requirements. Goqawaem implements supported reporting and clearance workflows; your organisation's requirements should be checked against current ZATCA guidance.

Can I connect Goqawaem to FATOORA?

Goqawaem includes guided FATOORA onboarding and connection management. Production use requires separate organisation onboarding and activation. Live operations have not been externally verified for Goqawaem; technical support is not government certification.

What is the difference between Test and Production?

Test is for checking your setup with test documents. Production is for real submissions after the required onboarding and activation. The two connections are configured separately; a working Test connection does not establish Production acceptance.

Does Goqawaem support VAT information and QR codes?

Yes. Supported invoicing workflows include VAT details and QR generation. QR content and document requirements depend on the invoice type and configuration. This does not guarantee that every document will be accepted by ZATCA.

How do subscription plans work?

Compare the current subscription catalogue for prices, billing periods, limits and included capabilities. Availability, including electronic invoicing workflows, depends on the selected plan.

How can I get started?
